Backyards in Sherman Oaks to studio lots in Burbank.

Serving Los Angeles County, CA
A live oven rolls into your venue: cold-fermented dough, San Marzano tomatoes, and a pizzaiolo firing 90-second pies from Santa Monica to Pasadena.

Meet your pizzaiolo
Every event is run by Chef Marcus Roberto, a two-time world pizza champion (2017 and 2019) with 18 years of professional catering experience in Los Angeles. He cold-ferments dough for 48 hours, builds each pie to order, and leads the service team on site so weddings, corporate lunches, and backyard parties get championship-level pizza from the first plate to the last. More about the crew and how we work.

Hosting a wedding, company lunch, or backyard party and need pizza catering in Los Angeles that feeds a crowd on schedule? Our crew arrives with an 850°F oven, long-fermented dough, San Marzano tomatoes, and fior di latte, then works a continuous pass of margherita, marinara, diavola, and seasonal white pies until every guest has eaten. We stage ovens in residential yards, in office-park courtyards, on studio lots, and inside event spaces where the oven has to work from a loading dock — so access, power, and clearance are settled before your first guest arrives. Because we run a mobile kitchen instead of a storefront, one quote covers ServSafe-certified pizzaiolos, LA County Public Health-compliant handling, service ware, and cleanup of the cooking area. Call 424-234-2606 and we will price your headcount today.

Most Los Angeles events land in a per-guest range that moves with headcount, menu, and site conditions rather than a single flat rate. The variables that matter: guest count (larger counts lower the per-head number), dough program (a 48- to 72-hour cold ferment costs more than a same-day poolish), how many pizzaiolos work the pass, added courses like antipasti or chopped salad, and travel and load-in time — a hillside address off Mulholland with a single-lane driveway costs more crew hours than a flat lot in Culver City. A backyard party in Sherman Oaks prices differently than a 300-guest activation Downtown where a freight elevator, after-hours building access, and a fire-watch requirement add staffing. Our cost guide breaks down every price factor, and a call to 424-234-2606 with your headcount and neighborhood gets a real number the same business day.
Often, yes — but it depends on the venue, not on us. Many Los Angeles rooftops, historic buildings, and city parks either restrict open flame or require a fire-watch attendant and clearance from combustibles. When a live oven is not permitted, we stage the station in an approved loading area or parking level and run a continuous pass to the guest area, or switch to a gas-fired deck that satisfies the property's rules. Send us the venue name and address early and we will read their catering rules with you before you sign anything.
Every package covers dough, sauce and cheese, toppings, on-site cooking, service staff, service ware, and full cleanup of the cooking area. Depending on the service line you can add an antipasti or chopped-salad course, vegan cashew mozzarella, certified gluten-free crust cooked on a dedicated stone, and dessert pies. What is not included: venue rental, alcohol service, bar staff, and permits your venue holds directly. We quote one number so you are not reconciling a dozen line items after the event.
We regularly cater the Westside (Santa Monica, Venice, Culver City, Brentwood), the Valley (Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Woodland Hills, Burbank), Downtown and the Eastside, the South Bay and Long Beach, and the San Gabriel Valley through Pasadena and Glendale. Orange County and the Inland Empire are also covered for larger contracts, with travel factored into the quote past a set radius. Restricted access — a gated community, a rooftop, a beach permit site — is workable when we know the address in advance.
Two to six weeks is comfortable for most weekday corporate lunches and private parties; Saturday evenings between May and October book earliest and often go three to five months out. If your date is inside two weeks, call rather than fill out the form — availability is a crew-and-oven question we can answer in one conversation. See our last-minute catering page for what is realistic on short notice.
Five fields. We reply with a per-guest number, usually the same business day.
Tell us the date, headcount, and neighborhood. We will confirm whether a pizza station works at your venue and what your package would include.
